2.What is the daily output of drawing machine with 13 breakdown dies?
Output produced from a breakdown machine is determined by the specification and line speed of the machine.
For instance, when you process copper wire with diameter of 2mm at the speed of 1200/min, output per hour can be calculated as follows.
- First, calculate the weight per meter of copper wire with diameter of 2mm.
- Formula: Cross sectional area(πd2/4)X length(1) X specific gravity of copper wire(7.8) = kg(1meter)
- As the line speed of the drawing machine is 1200m/min, weight per 1m of copper wire X line speed per minute(1200) =
output per minute
- You can get output per hour by multiplying the output per minute by 60.
- When we assume 20 hours of daily working hours, we can get daily output by multiplying the daily output by 20.

produced, and the number of the machine is determined according to the targeted monthly or annual production volume.
The area of the factory and premises and size of other attached facilities, testing facilities and utilities are determined
according to the scale of the plant and equipment.
